Who can play
- Must be of legal age to purchase a firearm.
When and Where
- Drawing will be held on July 20, 2024.
- @ Longshots Billiards, 76 Wolfcraft Way, Charles Town, WV 25414
Winners
- One prize per person.
- Winner need not be present to win.
- Winners not present will be notified by either phone or email as selected on ticket stub.
- Winner must pass firearms background check at dealer.
- Winner is responsible for transfers to other dealer if necessary, including any fees and/or taxes.
Misc
- Each ticket must have name and contact information. Tickets without full name, contact information, or are unreadable will be void.
- Prizes unclaimed in 60 days will become the property of the chapter and will be re-raffled.
- Raffle participation grants the Chapter use of name and/or likeness in future advertisements. You may opt out in writing.
- Winner is responsible for any taxes on prizes.
- Prize/tickets have no cash value and cannot be converted.
- Decisions of the Chapter Commander or Executive Board shall be final on all matters involving the raffle.
