Who can play

• Must be of legal age to purchase a firearm.

When and Where

• Drawing TBD.
• @ Longshots Billiards, 76 Wolfcraft Way, Charles Town, WV 25414

Winners

• One prize per person.
• Winner need not be present to win.
• Winners not present will be notified by either phone or email as selected on ticket stub.
• Winner must pass firearms background check at dealer.
• Winner is responsible for transfers to other dealer if necessary, including any fees and/or taxes.

Misc

• Each ticket must have name and contact information. Tickets without full name, contact information, or are unreadable will be void.
• Prizes unclaimed in 60 days will become the property of the chapter and will be re-raffled.
• Raffle participation grants the Chapter use of name and/or likeness in future advertisements. You may opt out in writing.
• Winner is responsible for any taxes on prizes.
• Prize/tickets have no cash value and cannot be converted.
• Decisions of the Chapter Commander or Executive Board shall be final on all matters involving the raffle.
